Randy Rudisill and David Donie bring more than 60 years combined experience to their positions as co-owners of ACS. Throughout his 40 years in the plastics industry, Randy has worked in sales and has served as President of Thermofil. David began his career as an extrusion line operator and has acted as Vice President and General Manager of Thermofil over his 25 year career.
Along with Randy and David, Jeff Friesen and Rena Pomaville comprise the ACS management team. Jeff ensures the company's customer order fulfillment process, including plant scheduling, purchasing and logistics, is organized and efficient. Rena works with customers to facilitate the seamless transfer of proprietary formulations to ACS, and oversees the business's Advanced Quality Planning Process and the on-site ISO 17025 certified laboratory.
Together, we are committed to offering every customer the best service at the best prices. Along the way, we strive to give back to our communities and our environment. We're just as passionate about our community as we are about the work we do. We're proud members of the Adopt-a-Highway Program, and in 2008 ACS was named a United Way Campaign Champion, raising a total of $10,000 through employee and company contributions.
